Cindus comes from vineyards aged between 40 and 60 years, located in the San Román de Hornija Valley.
The grapes are harvested manually in 18 kg boxes and carefully selected at the winery.
Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, followed by aging for 6 to 8 months, with bottling done without filtration.

Aroma: fresh with a high concentration of fruit, highlighting red fruits integrated with delicate aromas provided by its 6 months in French oak.
Taste: vibrant, with medium concentration and great expression of ripe and spicy fruit. Medium intensity and persistent on the palate thanks to its sweet and rounded tannins.
