More information Canaïma Gin Gin
The name “Canaïma” refers to the Canaima National Park, one of Venezuela’s natural treasures, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Produced by Destilerías Unidas S.A. (DUSA), the same distillery that creates the famous rum “Diplomático”.
What makes Canaïma unique is that approximately 65% of its botanicals come from the Venezuelan Amazon, sustainably harvested in collaboration with local indigenous communities, including: açaí, merey (cashew), túpiro, seje, copoazú, semeruco, palm fruit, along with classics such as juniper, coriander and citrus peels.
In total, it combines more than 19 botanicals, with an exotic profile rarely found in European gins.
Part of the profits from Canaïma Gin are allocated to reforestation projects in the Amazon and to supporting indigenous communities who harvest the botanicals.
Canaïma Gin is not just a gin, but a project that combines artisanal distillation, Amazonian biodiversity and social/environmental commitment, making it a highly valued reference within the premium and craft segment.
