Tasting Notes

Appearance: A clean and transparent wine, brilliant and pleasing to the eye. Of a dark intense and dense pink colour. Dense and unctuous.
Nose: Of high aromatic intensity. In a still glass the clean, sweet and fresh aromas of the ripe Giró grape, sweet berries, sarsaparilla with a very interesting herbal touch are noted. In a swirled glass the aromas which appear in a still glass are intensified, augmenting the sensation of sweetness and freshness typical of the liquor wines or mistelas.
Palate: Of dense, unctuous and sweet flavour. Acidity in line with the sweetness of the wine and with apt astringency, an unmistakable and original trait of this red liquor wine which makes it different to other mistelas. With a semi lasting and very pleasant aftertaste.
