Serpis de Ferro Viognier, made 100% from free-run must, is a smooth and fruity wine. Its production carries a special magic, reflected in this exceptional wine.
Grown on limestone, sandy-loam soil at 900 meters of altitude, where this native Mediterranean variety has been restored.
After fermentation, the fine lees are preserved for 6 months, undergoing batonnage to integrate them, followed by natural clarification.
