Presidente Marti 15 Years Old is a lush, rich, caramelized rum on the palate, with an amazing diversity of aromas.

This rum's name was given by the root of the family Oliver, who settled down in the Dominican Republic. José Julián Martí Pérez was a writer, politician, and Pioneer of the Independence movement in the second half of the 19. Century. In Cuba, he is known today as one of the national hero. 

Between his actions for which he became famous all over the world, one of his poems of the serie: "Versos Sencillos" (Versos sencillos) was taken and used for the famous cuban text "Guantanamera". The romantic Bolero Serenate was dedicated to the "Guajira Guantanamera" ( a rustic City of Guantanamera) in between of the Independence movement, which was sorted by a spanish colony in the end of the 19. Century. The tribute to this hero was celebrated by a ripped in French and American oak barrels was stored with the traditional Solera method.
