To celebrate the brand's first 100 years, Johnnie Walker created Gold Label. A well-kept secret that has only been available outside the company since the 1990s. It has a distinctive soft, sweet and luxurious character, with an elegant style and refined quality. Created using whiskies like Clynelis for a creamy taste and texture that still retains the characteristic smoky signature of Johnnie Walker.

With its rich golden colour and ancient golden reflections, it reveals a full, round and deep aroma. It has hints of soft, caramelised sultanas, fresh malt and cream. Gold Label is as attractive as it is sensual.

The palate is rich and full, with a full flavour of malt and spices, honey with almonds and marzipan, leading to a distinctive creaminess.

Cardhu gives you strong but soft malt and oak flavours. Extra mature grain Scotch whiskies offer some of the lingering sweetness, while Clynelish is responsible for an unusual aromatic creaminess. The finish is multi-dimensional and satisfyingly long-lasting.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve is the Celebration Blend, a personal creation of Master Blender Jim Beveridge for special evenings with very special friends. Included in the mix is the Clynelish Single Malt, whose distillery was fed with water from the hills where gold was once discovered.
