Grappa Cellini obtained from the double distillation of the marc of cabernet, pinot and merlot grapes.
Liquor obtained from the double distillation of the marc of the cabernet, pinot and merlot grapes using the Comboni method. It is then aged in stainless steel tanks for six months to maintain the best possible amalgamation of all the aromas present in the grapes used.
Cellini Blanca Cru grappa is consumed after meals at room temperature or also, in warmer climates, at frost. It can also be drunk with coffee, just as they do in northern Italy.
