FET A MÀ is a reinterpretation of forgotten wines.

At Finca Collado, Fet a Mà takes its inspiration from the wines crafted by the ancestors of Alicante.

Old-vine Monastrell from the upper Vinalopó, together with carefully selected small amounts of native grapes such as Bobal, Garnacha and Forcallà, come together to create a wine that is artisanal in its essence yet modern thanks to the in-depth research behind it.

hochintensive Farbe, ohne die Sättigung zu erreichen. In der Nase hat er eine große Intensität, mit sehr gut kombinierten Aromen von Früchten, Balsam, Süßholz und Kaffee, sehr komplex. Im Mund hat er einen guten Einstieg, seidig und ein leckeres Mundgefühl, mit etwas reifem Tannin. Am Ende sorgen eine leichte Säure und balsamische Erinnerungen für ein wichtiges Gleichgewicht. Perfekt mit Käse, Pasteten und Foie Gras, Wurstwaren, alle Arten von Fleisch, Reisgerichte auch eine Gute Kombination mit dunkler Schokolade und roten Marmeladen.
