Somontano White Wine
Enate Gewürztraminer is characterized by a style of wines that surprise by its differential touch, with a great personality and elegance in each one of them.
ENATE has spectacular and beautiful origins. The history and culture of which it forms part is universal and transcends mankind's most intimate desires by respecting and loving nature and obtaining the marvellous products it has to offer. From the beginning, therefore, our cellars are rooted in a native culture with surprising aspects and fine touches. Our main purpose is to produce the best products with the finest fruit of the land, respecting skills passed down throngh the ages and making use of the highest technology.
The Gewürztraminer grape produces some of the greatest Alsace wines. It is also perfectly adapted to our ENATE vineyards. "Gewürz" means spicy, and its characteristic is amply present in this wine. The bouquet is complex and exuberant, full of tones of honey and flowers (roses). On the palate it is chewy, with sweet nuances showing, especially in its aftertaste although the wine is dry.
