Medium depth of gold. Supremely attractive nose packed with wonderful aromas of demerara sugar, honey, toffee, raisin and sultanas. Fabulous balance of rich, ripe sweetness and strong spice, wedded to a firm frame. Following on from its initial sweet character is a delightful, dry finish. A beautifully elegant rum.
