Bombay Sapphire PET 5 CL

The distillation process of Bombay Sapphire is unique:

Only four Carterhead sills exist in the world and they are owned by BOMBAY SAPPHIRE.

Different than other gin companies that boil the botanical ingredients with the alcohol, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE distils its gin differently. In order to obtain its unique flavour the alcohol passes through the botanical ingredients in vapour form, which permits it to absorb all the flavours. The result is a complex but subtle aroma.
