Red wine, made from Tempranillo grapes and with small proportions of other regional grapes, hand-selected and destalked bunch by bunch, using sorting and vibration tables.

The project is the fruit of years of hard work by Jesus Baigorri and Iñaki Aspiazu, an architect whose work is an architectonic reference point thanks to the emblematic nature of his constructions.

Bodegas Baigorri bases its work on a value of quality and on the excellence of its products and services, applying research and development methods to its elaboration process and to the way it interacts with the enviroment.

Loyal to its process of elaboration by gravity using a grape of outstanding quality which allows the wine to develop fully, it is considered by critics and oenologists to be one of the most beautiful and complete wines of the Rioja Alavesa area.

BAIGORRI CRIANZA

Red wine, made from Tempranillo grapes and with small proportions of other regional grapes, hand-selected and destalked bunch by bunch, using sorting and vibration tables.

Elaboration

Maceration in stainless steel tanks with temperature controls and long intracellular fermentations. Aged in French and American oak barrels. The wine is relaxed before the final bottling. Ageing lasts fourteen months in new barrels and the rest in bottles.
