Vinified largely from the southern French Mauzac grape, you will experience a particularly aromatic sparkling wine with a full body and beautiful apple notes.
The multi-faceted bouquet also reveals a round of candied fruits, nuts and dried flowers.
On the palate, the Aimery 1531 Blanquette de Limoux Brut sparkles along with a buoyant youthfulness. With harmonious acidity and beautiful fruitiness, it culminates in a long finish.
