Its olfactory notes are based on exuberant aromas of citrus fruits, lime and lemon, although there is no lemon in the list of ingredients. There is a strong smell of orange candy, not of orange zest as in other gins. In the mouth, it provides a soft texture and flavours that are derived from the nose. Seagram's gin has a strong, spicy flavour. It has a solid base thanks to the juniper.
