Classic wine from Rioja. Ramon Bilbao recover this production with maestry.

Saignée method using gravity with no automatic press. The red grapes are vatted, and we let them macerate for four hours. At that moment the must is drained by gravity with the saignée method with no mechanic press. The yield obtained Is approximately 40%. The grape must synthesize the most primary aromas and flavours that remind of the grenache varietal and its flowery notes. Then, the fermentation at low temperature (14ºC) follows.

Tasting Notes

Salmon pink color, pale and appealing. Aromas are subtle and bring zesty strawberries taste with some fresh-cut grass, wild roses and grapefruit. In the mouth it opens crispy with a round and gentle quite elegant texture unfolding notes of blood oranges and grenade with a juicy finish and some citrusy touch and fresh mint leaf finish.
