Perdrier family has established his wine company in 1878 in Beaune, and developed a range of high-end sparkling wine for hotels and restaurants, under the eponymous brand name "Louis Perdrier". Its emblem, two crowned lions guarding the coat of arms, recalls the values of its founder: Strength, Righteousness, Trust, these values that still animate them, 140 years later.
