Rum Legendario Añejo Blanco (Cuba)

Legendario Ron Carta Blanca Superior Aged has a special taste and aroma thanks to its 40% alcohol content. It is recommended for tasting cocktails and since it has strong rum flavourings, it works best with fresh combinations that bring crispness to the combination.

To purify the product, it goes through traditional silica sand filters and activated carbon.

The distillates are mixed in through the soleras process in six monthly intervals with demineralized water and allowed to stand for several weeks. After this time, a pure rum is obtained.

A short period in American oak barrels results in perfect calibration of all the qualities that make rum, and the product is then sent for bottling. All processes are blending, putting great care into the Rum Carta Blanca Superior, whose quality has become a white pearl in the Caribbean.
