Wine La Quinta de Rafa 2022

A wine to toast with my generation.

The place from which the grapes that we make this wine come from are located in the highest area of the Almansa denomination of origin with an altitude of 800 meters in not very fertile land and with little production, with an extreme climate of cold winters and hot summers.
This is a blend of high quality varieties where each one brings its best, resulting in silky, red fruit and full-bodied wines.

Wine elaboration:

These plots are harvested at the end of October, when they reach their optimum point of ripeness.
We elaborate in stainless steel tanks, taking advantage of the autochthonous yeasts and producing the malolactic fermentation.
It then spends 6 months in third use French oak barrels, providing adequate tannins to achieve an elegant and fresh wine.
We make both varieties separately.
