Cesilia Rosé La Réserve unleashes the full potential of the Garnacha from Alicante.
Cesilia Rosé La Reserve is produced in limited quantities, a rosé aged for 7 months on its lees with an improvement potential of 2–3 years. A Rosé to keep.
Harvest
Garnacha is a grape native to Alicante, perfectly adapted to the harsh Alicante climate.
The harvest was carried out at the optimum point of grape ripeness to achieve greater freshness and aromas in the wine.
The harvest was done by hand and in the early hours of the morning, in perforated 15kg boxes, preserving the utmost quality and integrity of the fruit.
Winemaking and Ageing
The bunches are transported directly to the pneumatic press, where a long and gentle pressing is performed.
Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to carry out an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 16-18 °C.
Cesilia Rosé La Reserve spent 7 months with its fine lees in stainless steel.
The result is a complex yet fine and delicate rosé. It's very fresh on the palate, allowing it to age very well. A wine from which a limited number of numbered bottles will be released, offering a unique product for the most discerning palates.
