More information Botanist (Scotland) Gin
On the Isle of Islay in Scotland, the well-known Bruichladdich distillery has recovered an old copper still affectionately known as "Ugly Betty" to distil one of the purest and most complex gins on the market with a limited production of 15,000 bottles, which has been christened "Botanist" due to its high level of botanicals.
Of the 31 botanicals that make up this recipe, 22 of them are indigenous to Islay, including juniper. It is clean and crystal clear, but not chill-filtered.
