Different from other gin companies that boil the botanical ingredients with the alcohol, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE distils its gin differently. In order to obtain its unique flavour the alcohol passes through the botanical ingredients in vapour form, which permits it to absorb all the flavours. The result is a complex but subtle aroma.
