In March 2020, Teremana revolutionized the tequila category with its rapid growth and success, due to its unique proposal of a tequila of exceptional quality, produced responsibly and at an affordable price.
It was founded by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson along with co-owners and business partners Ken Austin, Jenna Fagnan, Dany García and the López family of Jalisco, Mexico.

Temerana Añejo and its meticulous attention to details
Teremana Añejo is made with meticulous attention to detail, from the use of fully ripe and naturally sweet blue Weber agave from the Altos de Jalisco, to slow roasting in small traditional brick ovens and distillation in handcrafted copper stills.
After this process, Teremana Añejo is placed in American whiskey barrels for aging. Tasting notes of the delicious new tequila include toasted vanilla and agave and rich, warm oak, with a sweet, complex finish.

Each bottle of Teremana Añejo is hand-dipped in black wax before being hand-packed at the brand's distillery, Destilería Teremana De Agave, in the small town of Los Altos de Jesús María, in Jalisco.
