Beefeater 24 the Super-premium Beefeater Gin

The ingredients for this new gin are based on a spirit made from Sencha tea from Japan, Chinese green tea and grapefruit peel, which together with the traditional citrus fruits in Beefeater's original recipe, such as Spanish lemons and oranges, give the whole gin, after macerating for 24 hours, a suggestive touch.

It is these 24 hours macerating the ingredients (more than three times longer than a normal gin) that give the name to this new expression of the traditional "London dry gin" and make it the only gin that dedicates so many hours to the maceration process and, apart from being responsible for Beefeater 24 having a harmonious and delicate aroma balanced thanks to the 45º of its essence.

But it is not only the gin that is special, because to store this sophisticated creation, a bottle has been designed that seeks exclusivity and provocation, playing with small details of Beefeater's wonderful heritage.

On the one hand, there is the "ruby" that rests on the bottom of the bottle, a detail that recalls the original British crown jewel (Ballas ruby) jealously guarded in the Tower of London by the Tower Guards or Beefeaters themselves. On the other, the carved flowers on the outside, inspired by the traditional jugs used to serve gin to the English royal family during the 20th century.  Then we can also see a play of colours, dark blue and red, which is used in the image of Beefeater 24, coming from the colour of the daytime uniforms of the Tower Guards. And finally a small raven, only visible through a circle carved into the bottle, as a tribute to the legendary ravens that guard, watched over by the Beefeaters, the Tower of London.
