Azpilicueta Origen is a tribute to Felix Azpilicueta, the founder of the winery.
Azpilicueta Origen is a tribute to the culture of wine, a way of thanking the land for what the land has given them for many years. It is the way they have to thank Felix Azpilicueta for his love of wine, his love of Fuenmayor. Elena Adell has been able to choose the best plots of land in the area to make this wine (San Cristóbal, La Tahola and Los Cabezos, in Fuenmayor), together with the most experienced farmers she has worked conscientiously on the Tempranillo vines, and it is well known that if you do your best with the vineyard you will usually get a great wine. And he has wanted to do it in the simplest way possible, with an aging that is expressive, elegant and balanced, surely everything that the founder of the winery wanted his wines to be.
