TUNEL herbal liqueurs are produced from the distillation of an aniseed mixture that incorporates local Majorcan plants.
All of the aromas of Majorca are found in this perfectly balanced recipe. Lemongrass, cilantro, mint, marjoram, chamomile, and fennel are all soaked to obtain a flavourful mix.
Once soaked, the herbs are filtered and the mixture is placed into bottles, each with a branch of anise to prevent the formation of bitter aromas.
Tunel Sweet Majorcan Herbal Liqueur contains syrup that adds smoothness and body to the distillation, and is perfect as a digestive.
