TUNEL herbal liqueurs are produced from the distillation of an aniseed mixture that incorporates local Majorcan plants.
All of the aromas of Majorca are found in this perfectly balanced recipe. Lemongrass, cilantro, mint, marjoram, chamomile, and fennel are all soaked to obtain a flavourful mix.
Once soaked, the herbs are filtered and the mixture is placed into bottles, each with a branch of anise to prevent the formation of bitter aromas.
Tunel Dry Majorcan Herbal Liqueur has an alcohol content of 40% and is distinguished by its intense flavour and character. It is best enjoyed as an aperitif, diluted in water or drinken with lots of ice.
