The Tottori Blended is fresh and light, a true representative of Japanese whisky.
The Tottori Blended is made at the Kurayoshi distillery in the foothills of Mount Daisen, where the fine water that is essential for distilling whisky comes from.
Kurayoshi, called that "Life is good" is the origin of the word, but the annual temperature range on the Sea of Japan side is large, and the ageing of whisky also progresses rapidly compared to the real situation such as the island of Islay.
It is no exaggeration to say that the whisky is made with the cask and nature. The distillery is not large, we are understaffed, however, we will continue to push all staff with the desire to deliver the best whisky.
The Tottori Blended is made with the blend of the finest malts and grains, combined with fresh spring water from the streams of Mount Daisen, provides a refreshing finish. The malt flavour can be enjoyed in any style of drink.
