Tarsus is committed to obtaining the maximum benefits of its vineyard, placed in the Bank of the Duero's heart. The processes of vintage and vinification are carried out by plots, under the directives of the enologist.
Production and Ageing
Tarsus Reserve has a production of 25 to 30 days at a temperature of 28-30º and ages in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels, with the majority being new (85%) and the rest 1 to 2 years. The ageing process is completed with a year and a half of resting in bottles.
