Tann's Balloon Glass Gift (Spain) Gin

Full-bodied nose, with character. Complex and perfumed. Well-integrated alcohol. Particular expression of London Dry Gins: juniper, botanical and citrus notes, all well blended. Thick and delicate aroma where the botanicals blend in good harmony, highlighting the aromas already mentioned along with cardamom, coriander and small hints of liquorice, rounded by an alcohol that is not aggressive at all.
The palate enters energetically, dry but with a subtle enveloping sensation. Alcohol is evident but not overpowering, in fact the final sensation is rather fresh and slightly bitter, reminiscent of cucumber. Good aftertaste and long aftertaste, not at all arid or caustic, rather pleasant and velvety, without aggression.
