Santísima Trinidad de Cuba is an aged rum made by Cuban rum masters in a traditional way.
It is an aged rum distilled in the beautiful colonial city of Trinidad, in the south of the Pearl of the Antilles. This city, founded in 1514 by the Spaniards, is one of the best preserved in America, and next to the nearby Valle de los Ingenios, where the sugar industry flourished, is a World Heritage Site.
Rum made from molasses distilled in columns and matured in white American oak barrels for 15 years by the system of soleras.
