More information Papa's Pilar 24 Dark rum Ernest Hemingway Rum
This limited release rum is named after Ernest Papa Hemingway's yacht, the Pilar.
The 24 represents the flavor profile of solera 24 of its artisan blend, with seven hand-selected rums up to 25 years old incorporated into this blend. The rums come from the Caribbean, the United States and Central America.

After aging in solera in bourbon barrels, Port wine barrels and Spanish Jerez barrels, the column distilled rum was aged in Spanish Sherry barrels Oloroso for approximately 30 days.
