Gin Nordes Box with Glass (Galicia)

In Galicia, the Celtic region of Spain, the cutting, fresh northerly wind known as Nordes augurs good weather and has inspired Nordesía.

Gin outside the boundaries of the traditional, unique character, rebellious, Atlantic.

Curiously enough, it has always been there... hidden among the endless possibilities offered by this land. Everything starts with slow and quiet distillation of the Albariña grape, blended with traditional wild aromatic botanics, the magical herbs that inspire love, spread by word of mouth amongst local fishermen, the citric elegance of the verbena herb, claimed to heal all sorrows and lenacholy, salty and errant. Atlantic breezes, evolving past and a pinch of the exiled Galicia from overseas: juniper, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus, liquorice, tea and the half-smiles of a cat…

Maceration takes place following the moon's biodynamic rhythms, on Flower day.
