VINIFICATION
Classical vinification with destemmed, crushed grapes, employing new fermentation control technologies and long maceration periods.
AGEING
Aged for 12 in American oak barrels, with appropriate rankings. Aged in the bottle for at least 6 months before being put on the market.
A wine that is representative of the finest vineyards in Cenicero. Intense cherry-red with brick hues. Powerful vinous aromas in harmony with fine wood notes. Sensual structure in the mouth; tasty and full-bodied. Abundant tannins that are well-polished and sweet. A sensation of opulence leads into a magnificent finish of great persistence in the mouth. Mature and well-developed — ready to drink.
