Tasting Notes
COLOUR: Intense cherry red colour with violet shades
NOSE: Deep aroma in which a touch of violet can be identified, surrounded by a background of ripe black fruit, spices and a balsa-mic hint. Little by little, after being slightly aired in the glass, its complexity increases and subtle hints of dates, figs, and pastry ap-pear.
PALATE: It is structured and highly fruity. Its mature tannins remind of a velvety feel and guarantees a long life to this wine. A long finish fills the palate with spiced, mineral and balsamic hints.
