Hendrick's Orbium is the taste that Hendrick's would have in a parallel universe

Hendrick's Orbium is a reinvention of HENDRICK'S gin by Master Distiller, Lesley Gracie. Infused with the extracts of quinine, wormwood and blue lotus flower, the result is an exquisite but rare gin that sits circularly on the palate.

It is ALMOST SAFE, not suitable for everyone.

Hendrick's Orbium contains the same distillates as HENDRICK'S. However, the same remarkable mind that broke with convention by infusing gin with cucumber and rose essence, has now given gin a whole new direction by infusing traditional flavours of classic gin combinations; quinine found in tonic (G&T) and wormwood found in vermouth (Martini). But it is not yet Orbium.

The addition of the blue lotus flower exquisitely balances the overall taste and the trio of essences combines to create a complex gin with a surprising lustre and a finish that is extraordinarily long. The result is a strangely familiar unknown taste in character, designed to open up the previously unexplored dimensions of gin as it spins from the floral to a deeper, more bitter place.

Orbium comes from the word 'orb'. It was chosen to represent the spherical, round taste that the master distiller of HENDRICK'S GIN, Lesley Gracie, refers to when talking about the style of HENDRICK'S GIN. It intentionally brings to mind a circular image through its sound and with underlying reference to the revolutions/orbits it becomes an appropriate name for this liquid. It is presented in the same pharmacist-style bottle that is already synonymous with HENDRICK'S, although in this case, it is a sumptuous dark blue, inspired by the essence of the blue lotus flower. It also adds an all-seeing eye to its label in reference to the circular nature of the liquid.
