Glengoye 12 is made in a unique combination of casks, 20% in European oak sherry casks (first fill), 20% in American oak bourbon casks (first fill) and 60% in hand-selected, reused quality oak casks.
Lemon zest, caramelized apples and a coconut aroma. Our sherry wood adds intensity and richness and our first-fill bourbon casks add fresh citrus and vanilla notes.
