After the selection of the Gewürztraminer grape, the skins, pulp and part of the must are fermented and then distilled in a still heated in a bain-marie, providing delicate, enveloping, clean and sophisticated aromas, with a very varied palette among which rose petals and spicy aromas such as ginger stand out.
