Flor Merlot is crianza monovarietal 100% Merlot. Only made with free run juice, aimed at winelovers who look for expressive, elegant wines. Just as good for main dishes as after dinner conversation. It is a wine which satisfies the demand for quality wines from Merlot. Ideal for restaurant wine lists at the medium to high price level which should never be without a Merlot wine. For sale directly to the public through specialist wineshops or gourmet outlets. Sold three years after the vintage to enjoy at its best between three and seven years of age.
FLOR MERLOT Uniquely made by using the free run juice which is obtained without pressing the grapes at the end of the maceration, then matured in barrel for one year. The result is a delicate and elegant wine with a combination between the harshness of the climate, the subtlety of the variety and a respectful vinification.

On the nose an elevated intensity, predominantly fine pastry and blackcurrant with a light spicy touch. In the mouth it is a wine with a tempting entry, and a very expressive pass. With good body and polished tannins. A medium finish leaves a pleasant memory, delicate, which revives the principal aromas which are followed by the shining aromas of the ageing.
