Edone Cuvée De Maria is made from a 100% Chardonnay.
Champenoise method from the Mediterranean mountain, at more than 1000 meters of altitude.
Edoné Cuvée De Maria is their younger sparkling wine, coming from their isolated and ecological vineyard.
The selection is made parcel by parcel, vinification is traditional, and ageing is made in oak barrel. After the light ageing in barrel, the second fermentation takes place for a minimum of 18 months in our underground cellar at 12 degrees, away from any lights. Edone Cuvée De Maria is made from a 100% Chardonnay.
