Connemara is a unique Irish single malt and is currently the only peated whiskey made in Ireland.

Inspired by Ireland’s ancient distilling traditions, Connemara’s smooth sweet malt taste and complex peat flavours makes it a truly unique Irish whiskey.

Connemara is the most decorated Irish whiskey with a huge collection of Gold Medals and has been honoured as the “World's Best Irish Single Malt”.

Connemara allows you to unearth the Peated Pleasures of Ireland.

Since it was released in the late 1990s it has won over many fans of peated Scotch whiskies such as Laphroaig and Ardbeg.

Yet Connemara has a definite Irish character with some really nice sweet honey, creamy and fruity characters that help balance out the peat smoke.

Note di Degustazione

On the nose, this Irish whisky is finely peated with floral notes of heather and honeysuckle.
On the palate, the Connemara is round and silky with notes of honey, barley and fruit evolving towards the omnipresence of peat, softened by vanilla.
The finish of this single malt rests on notes of chocolate, vanilla and honey; followed by a slow explosion of peat that lingers.

Este es un buen whisky. Tiene un sabor a turba más parecido al whisky escocés, pero es más suave. Sin embargo, prefiero el whisky irlandés más típico sin turba. Si te gusta la turba, esto sería bueno y hay muchos otros whiskies irlandeses de turba en el mercado.
