Celler Kripta Franc Agustí Torelló Mata is made with Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada from the Vall d'Anoia-Foix region
This is a Brut cava, hand-harvested, and certified Vegan and Organic.
Production
Made on the estate, each variety is fermented separately for 28 days at a temperature of 16°C. Selected from specific plots, prior to harvest, to fully respect the soil's expression of origin.
It then undergoes a bottle-aging process on its lees for 3 years in the dim light of the cellars at a constant natural temperature of 17°C.
