A fine presentation revealing a worthy wine. Though unable to quite make it with a 28-day Rib-Eye it reached the heights of great eminence with braised fennels accompanying a poached white fish and on an other occasion was indescribably wonderful with full flavours of hays and fruit with a simple roast-free-range-chicken.
Well, the bird deserved it and rewarded the dining experience with a full palatal applause !
this was a bargain given its vintage 2011.
