A unique and incomparable taste with rich and structured body, this product was created by Antonio Benedetto Carpano, the inventor of the Vermouth Category back in 1786 in Turin.
Antica Formula still now maintains the authentic and one of a kind recipe mainly because e of the passion and ability of Fratelli Branca Distillerie in maintaining unaltered throughout time the product that is unique for its unique bouquet, especially given by the vanilla scent.
This “nectar of the gods” is characterized in the taste and aroma made from a selected infusion of mountain herbs and spices, one of which is saffron.
Antica Formula si produced in limited quantities and packaged in prestigious blown glass bottles. Sealed with a cork, the bottle is enclosed in a prestigious packaging. The label is the reproduction of the original 1786 one.
Ideal to drink on ice and an orange peel, as an apéritif or after dinner. It’s the main ingredient in cocktails such as Negroni, Americano, or Hanky Panky, offered in the most exclusive restaurants and bars in Italy and worldwide.
