La Fontaine Calvados is an apple distillate, aged in oak barrels, an excellent representation of the Calvados appellation of the French Pays d'Auge. The ageing process is slow and achieves a perfect exchange of aromas and tannins, while oxidising the product and giving it its characteristic amber colour.
