Master Rum Makers
The master rum makers at CAB-RON decide in which barrels the spirit matures, at what alcoholic strength, and for how long. The blends between different rums are carried out continuously, with all barrels being checked and selected to continue the blending process.
The high ceilings of the famous Bodega-Cathedrals favour a large volume of air, providing exceptional thermal inertia relative to the exterior conditions. Likewise, the windows located at the top allow for control of air circulation, measuring the level of humidity and the supply of oxygen. Bottled unfiltered and free of CO2 emissions.
The Elaboration
Straight from the barrel to the bottle, without additives, CAB-RON blends aged, and extra old rums selected from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guatemala, and Barbados, aged in three different barrels: Oloroso + Bourbon + PX Sherry Cask, Triple Oak Sherry Cask Finished.

The alliance between craftsmanship and innovation, as well as attention to detail, are unwavering values of the brand. The bottle's design is the work of artist specialized in haute cuisine and mixology José Piñero, who has worked for Michelin stars such as Dabiz Muñoz, the Roca brothers, or Adrià.
