Bruni Collin’s, the incomparable Gin, original and bold, because of its delicate ingredients that are carefully selected. 

In its beginnings it was dedicated to the distillation of aniseed and gin, ageing of brandy soleras and making different liqueurs of the time.

Later on, the company was managed by Joaquín Alonso Navarro, son of the founder, who expanded the range of products manufactured and began to produce other liqueurs such as pacharan, fruit liqueurs and non-alcoholic refreshing drinks to meet the demand of the public.

In 1979, the industry moved out of the town centre to its current location, betting on modernization both in the facilities and in the machinery, but keeping the handcrafted production in some of its products.

At present, the third generation is in charge of running this company, betting on product innovation and once again expanding the range of products to satisfy both the national and international markets.

Bruni Collin's, the Gin without equal to any other, original and daring, for its delicate ingredients carefully selected. Elaborated and inspired by its creator Manolo Martin, the master of the spirit mixtures (World Champion of cocktails,2011 Poland) under a meticulous elaboration process with the best botanical raw materials from different places of the World. We start with tri-distilled cereal alcohols, which are re-distilled with different botanicals in stills used for gin since 1978 in Joaquin Alonso distilleries with more than 80 years of tradition in botanical and aromatic plant distillation with third generation master distillers.
