Brandy Solera Solariego is aged by the traditional system of Criaderas and Solera in American oak barrels.
Produced from the distillation of white young fruity wines and aged by means of the Solera y Criaderas system during at least 15 years in American Oak barrels.
Old mahogany colour with flavours to vanilla and oak scent. Soft and velvety palate, with a long finish that evokes the sweet Pedro Ximenez wine contained previously in the same barrel.
