Tequila Tres Sombreros Silver 1 Liter PET

Tres Sombreros Silver is a 100% Agave weber tequila made traditionally in Aranda, in the region of Jalisco.

Tres Sombreros Blanco is made with agave grown in the Altos de Jalisco where Aranda is located, an ideal geographical area for this plant, since it is dominated by moderate rainfall, average temperatures, clayey, permeable and well aerated soils as well as a high iron content, which produces the reddish colour characteristic of this area and which gives rise to tequilas with sweet, fruity and herbal tastes. 

The production of tequila and 100% agave tequila requires rigorous production stages in which all the peculiar characteristics of our product are formed. The harvest, the cooking and extraction of the juices, the fermentation, the distillation and the aging, these stages are strictly controlled and are developed traditionally, personalizing the identity of our product. 

The harvest: harvesting, also called Jima, is done from the heads of the blue agave tequila weber variety of 6 to 10 years of cultivation. 

The cooking is done in masonry ovens with controlled temperature and pressure. The extraction of the juices is done with mills and with the addition of local water. The juices diluted with water are fermented, adding isolated and classified yeasts in our laboratories. 

Distillation is the stage where the patience and century-old wisdom of its masters is concentrated. With a double distillation in traditional discontinuous stills, they achieve the result of a white tequila with an exquisite bouquet.
