Three generations of entrepreneurs stand behind the history of Limiñana y Botella, S.L., founded in 1921 and dedicated to the production of aniseed spirits and liqueurs.

The company was founded by Mr Francisco Limiñana Belda and Mr Antonio Botella Limiñana and is currently still managed by the third generation of the Limiñana and Botella families.

Tradition and technology have come together to consolidate a range of quality products that enhance the essence of craftsmanship and the traditional flavours that have characterised Tenis distillery products since their origins.

From its early years, the company positioned itself as a leader in its sector, quickly establishing the Anís Tenis brand.

In the company’s early days, production and manufacturing were of an artisanal nature. The 1960s marked the beginning of mechanisation in the production process with the introduction of the first industrial equipment, leading to a gradual process of modernisation up to the present day, where a fully automated system now handles the entire production.

The Licor de Menta Tenis, thanks to the high level of refinement achieved in its production, is recommended to be enjoyed neat or served in a tall glass with ice.
