It does not need to be cold, but you will understand that as it is a fresh fruit, the better it is preserved, the better it will last over time.
Another peculiarity you will see is related to the packaging. At first sight it may seem shocking, but I can guarantee that for a use in a bar it is very practical because of its anti-drip system, that once you stop pressing the can, the liquid is cut from the root and that allows you to measure much better the amount you want to pour. Its size is 670ml, which is ideal for three reasons: it is more manageable, it takes up less space on the stick and it allows a faster rotation, which is fundamental in a product with a short shelf life.
